PNG to PDF Converter

Put PNG screenshots and images into one tidy PDF. Free and private, right in your browser.

Why convert PNG to PDF?

Screenshots of receipts, tickets, chats and forms are usually PNGs. Gathering them into one PDF makes them easy to send, print or file as a single document.

PNG files are lossless and often large. Smushify stores each page as an efficient JPEG sized for its page, so the PDF is far smaller than the PNGs it came from, while text stays sharp at print resolution.

How to convert PNG to PDF

Add your PNG files, order the pages, and choose A4, Letter, or "Fit to image" to keep each screenshot's own shape. Transparent areas become white, as on paper. Then click Build PDF.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to transparent parts of a PNG?

They become white, like the paper the PDF will be printed on.

Will text in my screenshots stay readable?

Yes. Pages are rendered at print resolution (150 dpi for Document, 220 dpi for Photo), which keeps normal-sized text crisp. Choose Photo if your screenshots contain very small text.

Can I sign the PDF or add text to it?

Smushify makes the PDF; to sign it, fill it in or add text, open it in SecureSignFree (securesignfree.com), our free PDF signing site.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Smushify converts everything inside your browser using WebAssembly. Your files are never sent to a server, so it is safe for private photos, client work and unreleased videos.

Is Smushify free?

Yes. There are no sign-ups, watermarks or file limits beyond what your device can handle. You can convert as many files as you like.
